このアカマツは、角柄折地区にある臥牛苑のそばに夫婦のように仲良く二本並んで立っています。大きい方のマツは真っすぐ伸びた木で、建材に適しているのに伐採もされず、大切に保護されています。
These two Japanese red pines stand tall together next to Gagyuen (a nursing facility) in Tsunogaraori District. Due to the way they have grown, they are compared to a happy married couple. The larger red pine has grown straight up and would normally be considered very useful for lumber. However, due to its nature as a "giant tree", it has been carefully protected.
